Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:


All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 14 business days to process orders and shipments. VULGAR CITIZEN is not responsible for any delays or late holiday deliveries. 

 

RETURNS:


Customer satisfaction is one of our main goals at VULGAR CITIZEN. If your item is unused, in the same brand new condition that you received it in, and also in the original packaging with the original tags attached, we are happy to exchange what you purchased for store credit within 7 days of you receiving your order. No refunds as eligible items can only be returned for store credit. 

- All on sale items are final and cannot be returned. 

- Bodysuits, hair accessories, and jewelry cannot be returned.

- We are not able to accept any items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We have the right to refuse any items that do not meet the requirements.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

1. Within 7 days of receiving your item, fill out the Contact Us form and tell us what you would like to return for store credit. You must contact us first so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number in order to verify your order. You must do this step before sending anything back to us.

2. Once you receive your RMA number, mail item to: VULGAR CITIZEN P.O. Box 46519 Los Angeles, CA 90046. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

3. Once we receive your item, give us 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your request. We will send you an email to notify you if your refund for store credit has been approved.

 

EXCHANGES:


- We only exchange items if you received an incorrect item. 

- If replacement was due to our error, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
